The Praxis Approach: Understanding patterns. Practicing change.
For those who feel stuck in patterns they can't break.
You are not broken —
but you may feel stuck.

I provide therapy and counseling for individuals working through addiction, trauma, and emotional overwhelm—so you can move forward with clarity and stability.
No commitment. Just a conversation.

How I Work
Support for patterns that feel stuck --
so you can move forward with clarity and stability.
Understanding patterns
We take time to understand how patterns formed and what keeps them going—so things begin to make sense, not just feel overwhelming.
Building awareness
As patterns become clearer, you start to notice them in real time—creating space to respond differently.
Practicing change
Together, we practice new ways of responding that feel realistic and sustainable.
Moving toward stability
Over time, this work helps you feel more grounded, more clear, and more in control of how you move through life.
