I offer both private pay and insurance-based services.

My goal is to keep this process as clear and straightforward as possible so you know what to expect before getting started.

Private Pay
Many clients choose private pay for greater flexibility, privacy,
and control over their care.

Private pay allows us to focus fully on the work without limitations
set by insurance requirements, diagnoses, or session restrictions.

Rates
Initial Evaluation: $240
Individual Sessions (1 Hour): $200

Insurance
I am in-network with several major insurance providers and participate in select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
​
At this time, insurance and EAP openings are limited.
If you prefer to use insurance or EAP services, you can be placed on a waitlist.
Private pay is available for those who would like to begin sooner.

Out-Of-Network
If you have out-of-network benefits,
you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for services.

I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.

SAP Services
SAP Evaluations (flat rate): $600
​
This includes the initial evaluation, recommendations, follow-up evaluation, and required documentation in accordance with DOT guidelines.

Training & Presentations
Rates for trainings and presentations begin at $400 per hour.

Final pricing may vary depending on format, location, and scope of the training.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
