Beginning in April 2026, US D.O.T Services are available through Praxis Counseling and Therapy PLLC.

SAP services are assessment, treatment planning in accordance with assessment, and monitoring. SAP services are not traditional therapy services and the role of the SAP is strictly to ensure public safety.

Rates and Fees for SAP Services
SAP Services are billed as a one time, upfront fee. SAP services are NOT eligible for insurance coverage.
Professional services included in the fee: assessment, treatment recommendations, ASAM appropriate referrals, monitoring of progress, reporting to DER (designated employee representative), and all additional documentation and communication.
