How I Help

This work focuses on:

Feeling stuck in patterns you can't break

Reactions, habits, or cycles that keep repeating—despite your efforts to change  Together, we work to understand what’s driving those patterns and-how to begin shifting them.

Addiction and substance abuse

Therapy for addiction focuses on understanding what’s underneath and building new ways of responding to triggers.

Trauma and emotional overwhelm

Trauma therapy focuses on helping you feel more grounded, safe, and back in control.

Disconnection from yourself and/or others

Rebuilding clarity, direction, and meaningful connection.  This includes reconnecting with your values and how you want to show up.

Stress, anxiety, and internal pressure

Finding space, stability, and a different way of relating to what you feel. Less reacting—more understanding and choice.

How I Work

A structured, practical approach to understanding patterns and creating change.

Understanding patterns

We take time to understand how patterns formed and what keeps them going—so things begin to make sense, not just feel overwhelming.

Building awareness

As patterns become clearer, you begin to notice them in real time—creating space to respond differently.

Practicing change

Together, we practice new ways of responding that feel realistic and sustainable.

Moving toward stability

Over time, this work helps you feel more grounded, more clear, and more in control of how you move through life.
