Therapy is an investment in your well-being, your relationships, and your day-to-day life. My goal is to provide work that is meaningful, practical, and tailored to what you actually need—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sessions are guided by your individual situation and pace. At times, the focus may be on building understanding and identifying patterns. At other points, more active tools or strategies may be introduced when they are most helpful.

Private Pay
Many clients choose private pay for greater flexibility, privacy, and control over their care. It also allows us to focus fully on your needs without insurance limitations from insurance requirements.

Rates:

Initial Evaluation: $240
Individual Therapy Session (50-60 minutes): $200
A consultation is available if you’d like to talk through your situation, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit before scheduling a full session.

Insurance
I am in-network with several major insurance providers and participate in select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).

At this time, insurance and EAP openings are limited. New clients may choose to join a waitlist or begin with private pay.

Private pay is available for those who would like to begin sooner.

Out-Of-Network
If you have out-of-network benefits,
you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for services.

I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.

SAP Services
​This includes the initial evaluation, recommendations, follow-up evaluation, and required documentation in accordance with DOT guidelines.

SAP Evaluation (flat rate): $600

Training & Presentations
Final pricing may vary depending on format, location, and scope of the training.

Training and presentation rates begin at $400 per hour.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.

I accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA.
