Therapy is a Practice
The word Praxis has roots in the Greek language and is defined as 'exercise or practice of an art, science, or skill' and 'practical application of a theory'. The practice of therapy requires not only theory or science from the provider; it is also a call to action to practice skills and awareness by the one receiving. The invitation is to be in a relationship of practice together, one human to another.

Psychotherapy services are licensed in the States of Texas and Florida. Telehealth services are available for both Texas and Florida. In person services are only available in the State of Texas. Services may vary based on insurance provisions and this will be discussed with you upon insurance verification.
