I am in network with most major insurances. For out of network insurances, I have partnered with thrizer to be able to provide services out of network. I do offer a private pay rate and sliding scale rate.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Collection of payment and policies regarding lack of collection are reviewed in the consent and agreement documents. Collection of payment are established at time of consent and agreement.
Is there a fee for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment?

Yes, and this is a standard practice in this profession. Fees are reviewed in the consent and agreements. Exceptions can be made for extraordinary circumstances as life throws unexpected curveballs from time to time. This is at discretion sion of the therapist
How can we consider a sliding scale arrangement?

This consideration takes place in an honest conversation between you and your therapist. Finances can be a tough subject to talk about on both ends and the practice of uncomfortable conversations is part of the growth process.
